Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (‘Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping & delivery options?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all products. Pickups are available Monday -Friday, 8am – 4pm. The pick-up address is D2 Spearhead Business Park, Cnr Montague Drive and Freedom Way, Montague Gardens, Cape Town, 7441.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free minimum quantity shipping on orders over R1200.00.

 

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:
Road Fright @ R190 (ETA 3-4 business days)
Overnight @ R500 (ETA 1-2 business days)
Local (Western Cape) @ R100 (1-2 Business days)

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. If incorrect shipping was selected, the outstanding amount will be charged to the client.

 

Are there other shipping restrictions?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.

 

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
